During this retreat, cut off from our everyday surroundings, we set aside our usual concerns and devote ourselves to spiritual practice: returning to a deeply peaceful, receptive and open state of mind.
Zazen is the foundational practice that extends into all activities of daily life. Teachings are given during meditation, at gatherings or during question-and-answer sessions.
Special support is provided for new practitioners.
This retreat places particular emphasis on zazen, with four meditation sessions a day. It is open to all, but we advise beginners to sign up for an introductory retreat first, which will be more suitable for them.
