During this retreat, cut off from our everyday surroundings, we set aside our usual concerns and devote ourselves to spiritual practice: returning to a state of deep peace, openness and receptiveness.
Zazen is the foundational practice that extends into all activities of daily life. Teachings are given during meditation, at gatherings or during question-and-answer sessions.
Special support is provided for new practitioners.
This retreat places particular emphasis on zazen, with four meditation sessions a day. It is open to all, but we advise beginners to sign up for an introductory retreat first, which will be more suitable for them.
