During this four-day period, a kesa sewing workshop and a Zen temple cooking workshop will be held simultaneously.

The sewing workshop is open to anyone who wishes to sew a kesa or rakusu according to the rules of Soto Zen. It will be led by the nun Yashô Valérie Guéneau.

Food is an important aspect of life in a Zen monastery: it is healthy, rather vegetarian, balanced, yet pleasant. The tenzo of the monastery, the monk Tairyu Jean Antheaume, will lead this workshop.

It is possible to register for the Easter retreat that follows these workshops.
