Kanshoji monastery is offering a Soto Zen Buddhism Discovery Weekend.
During this weekend, a kind welcome and specific guidance will be provided.

Participants will discover the Soto Zen form of Buddhism:

– zazen (meditation)
– rituals
– manual work
– time for sharing and connecting
Teachings on Buddhist practice and philosophy will be given by Zen master Taiun Jean-Pierre Faure.

This spiritual retreat is open to all, but it is specifically intended for those who are not yet familiar with Zen.

First retreat (September 2022)

    Your stay is to be paid on the day of arrival, in cash or by check.
  • Arrival : Friday September 23rd between 3 & 6.00pm.
    Departure : Sunday September 25th after lunch.
