Kanshoji monastery is offering a Soto Zen Buddhism Discovery Weekend.
During this weekend, a kind welcome and specific guidance will be provided.

Participants will discover the Soto Zen form of Buddhism:

– zazen (meditation)
– rituals
– manual work
– time for sharing and connecting
Teachings on Buddhist practice and philosophy will be given by Zen master Taiun Jean-Pierre Faure.

This spiritual retreat is open to all, but it is specifically intended for those who are not yet familiar with Zen
